A Pressure Welding Pty Ltd is an ISO 9001 certified medium sized company
that has been manufacturing since 1979 Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers,
Boilers, Pressure Piping as well as related structural components such as
Platforms, Ladders, Handrails etc for Oil, Gas and Petrochemical companies.
Recently we successfully completed major contracts to build Pressure Vessels for Woodside Energy Limited, ESSO Australia, & Shell Geelong and Manildra Group. We have also completed overseas contracts for Malaysia, Singapore, China, Portugal and Vietnam.
We
carry out in-house Mechanical & Thermal Design & Drawings of Pressure
Vessels and Heat Exchangers using latest AutoCAD and other software. We
specialize in constructions made of carbon, carbon-manganese, austenitic
and austenitic-ferritic (Duplex) & 254 SMO steels using relevant welding
procedures and qualified welders required by AS 1210-1997, AS 4458, AS
1228-97, AS 1797, and ASME IX (when required by customers) applying MMAW,
GTAW, GMAW, SAW, FCAW and Orbital TIG (2 Machines) processes for up to
300 mm thickness.
Heat treatment, drilling by CNC machine & Rolling for up to 40 mm thick plates is done in-house, rolling over 40 up to 160 mm by specialized sub-contractors. NDT, Mechanical Testing and Painting are carried out by our approved suppliers.
